Problem conclusion

  • THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION V5R21 GA level.
    Additional Closure Information:
    INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
The item of General tolerance class is not switched correctly
when the standard that was duplicated from the original
    standard is selected.
    TECHNICAL EXPLANATION OF PROBLEM:
The Tolerance class is switched between ASME/ISO based on the
Tools / Options / FTA / Tolerance Standard.
But the parent standard was not considered.
    TECHNICAL EXPLANATION OF CORRECTION:
Two different tolerance classes drop down selection boxes are
provided corresponding to ASME and ISO standard
    possibilities.
The same is done for Linear, Angular and Chamfer dimension
    Tolerance general classes.
User can change these two selection boxes independently,
while creating the annotation with the tolerance.
In this case the tolerance class value corresponding to the
annotation set original standard will be considered.
If the annotation set has an ASME derived standard and a
Linear dimension with the General tolerance is created:
Then the value displayed in the Limit of Size panel will be
initialized with the corresponding value of ASME selection
box from the Tools / Options / FTA / Tolerances / Linear
tolerance / ASME selection box value.
