  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  The different error codes are shown at CATSTART.
  CORRECTION EXPLANATION:
  At the end of catstart if the
  catstart is launched in the directory where the
  env file is found.
  There is a crash when deleting EnvPath, because
  EnvPath points to an area that has already been
  deleted . EnvPath needs to be allocated in
  GetEnvPath, even if environment file is found in
  the current directory.
  The crash has been avoided by change in code.Error code 100
  is detected now.
