Error description

  • Scenario:
    1) Run an english CATIA R18SP4 level session under french window
    s XP
    2) Open the provided CATDrawing which was created under english
    windows XP
    -> Bold characters are no longer bold
    -> It is not possible to make the characters bold using the bold
     feature

  • Scenario:

Problem conclusion

  • The texts -101 SHOWN uses the Arial TrueType font and it was
    created using a pre-R18 CATIA version.
    The problem reported may occur with such texts.
    Bypass:
    Delete and recreate the texts using CATIA R18GA or above.
    .
    THIS PROBLEM IS A PERMANENT RESTRICTION
