"Cannot resolve the collation conflict between..." when saving changes to Visual Theme inside "Personal Defaults"

Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Controller. User clicks "Maintain - User - Personal Defaults". Underneath the section 'Visual Theme' user changes the theme (for example from 'IBM Cognos Theme' to 'Operating System Theme'). User clicks 'save'. An error appears.
