• Scenario:
  1. Create a part on V5R20 level.
  2. Using the ￢ﾀﾜTools > Utility > DownwardCompatibility￢ﾀ
  utility, save the above part compatible with V5R19 level.
  3. Try to open the new Part on V5R19 GA.
  .
  Error occurs: ￢ﾀﾜWrong application level￢ﾀ  and ￢ﾀﾜInvalid Data
  structure￢ﾀ
  Part can be opened from V5R19 SP1 & above levels.
  .
  Expected Result:
  The Part should be opened in R19GA after conversion.

  Explanation:
  The issue has already been fixed on CATIA V5 R19SP levels and
  the Part can be opened on these levels.
  The issue is only with R19GA level and the correction has to
  be done on this level.
