Error description

• Scenario:
  1) Install CATIA V5R19 GA & SP3 by batch mode
  
  -> cxinst.log for GA & SP is created under the directory
      set by TMP or TEMP environment variable
  2) Install CATIA V5R19SP3 HF by batch mode with command:
       StartHFXB.exe -v -killprocess
  
  ->  cxinst.log for HF is created under CATIA installation direct
  ory
  .

Problem summary

• Scenario:

  -> cxinst.log for GA & SP is created under the directory
      set by TMP or TEMP environment variable
  2) Install CATIA V5R19SP3 HF by batch mode with command:

  ->  cxinst.log for HF is created under CATIA installation
  directory

Problem conclusion

• The program that writes to the logfile has been modified.
  The messages are now written in the %temp% logfile and not in
  the installdir logfile.
  THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED AT:
  CATIA VERSION V5R21 GA LEVEL.
  ALSO FIXED FOR HOTFIXES ON V5R20SP3.
