Error description

• SCENARIO:
  1.Select ???Custom??? when installing CATIA P1 V5.
  2.Select only ???XM1??? as configurations package.
  3.Launch CATIA once the installation is finished and open a new
  Product file.
  4.Right-click any CATPart file in windows explorer.
  5.Click ???Insert??? in the context menu.
  Result A: It is not possible to insert existing component.
  NOTE: The message ???Existing Component is unaccessible command.
  ??? is displayed in a status bar of CATIA
