HD93181: ECN window doesn't not automatically close

Error description

• Scenario:
  1.Login to SmarTeam.
  2.Select project ?statdard" and go to parts by clicking parts in
   the menu.
  3.Right click and add a physical part to the project.
  4.Fill in the attributes
  5.Click ok
  6.Go to user defined tool->Add general document
  7.Select project Ae 2 AE
  8.Select a txt file from your machine in the dialog box popped u
  p. click ok
  9.Fill in the attributes in the engg doc profile card(doc type t
  est report)
  10.Check in the doc
  11.Link this doc to the physical part created as a spec doc
  12.Select the physical part->right click->user defined tool->cla
  ssify part
  13.Select 000898 as a classification group
  14.Initiate ECN(select project WHEEL LOADERS -> 000_Archives-> T
  est BAT R17)
  15.Update physical part Design Stage Using UDT ?Update Design St
  age?
  16.Update ECN mandatory attributes
  17.Accept the ECN
  18 The ECN window need to close manuallythis is the issue
  .==>Desired=>The ECN window should be automatically closed.
  ECN status changed from "Initiated" to "Flowing" but the
  window need to be closed manually.
