Error description

• Scenario:
  1. Open Catia V5
  2. Open Tools-Options, select MD2 and sharable ST1 license
  3. Check in General-Compatibility-STEP page that, the
  option one step file is selected for Assemblies.
  4. Select Tools Utility
  5. Select Batch DXF-IGES-STEP
  6. Fill in the form, select Catia V5 parts or products
  7. Select Licensing options MD2 and ST1
  8. Select Options Step page
  .
  Result: It s not possible to edit Assemblies options (This is
  the error)

  Expected Result:
  It should be possible to edit Assemblies options when
  converting cad models to step, using batch utility with the
  ST1 sharable license.

  Settings for step conversion doesn't work when using batch
  utility with the ST1 sharable license selected.

  Restriction Explanation:
  When the licenses for step conversion are selected from the
  batch mode as well as interactive mode, CATIA is unable to
  identify which sharable license is to be used and therefore
  some of the options are not available in the batch panel.
  The only method to rectify this issue was to remove the check
  of the license in the STEP option from the batch
  panel.However, in the current algorithm defined for editing
  the STEP option there is no such provision made to identify
  whether the action (license selection) is done from the CATIA
  interactive session or from the batch panel.
  So it is not possible to remove the check.
  .
  By-Pass:
  1) Select ST1 shareable in interactive mode
  2) Tools/options/STEP select right options for batch
  conversion
  3) Release ST1 shareable
  4) Tools/Utility
  5) Select ST1 shareable for the batch
  6) DO NOT SELECT STEP OPTIONS(STEP settings previously
  defined interactively will be taken)
  7) Run batch
