• SCENARIO:
  1. Create an ellipse in Sketcher workbench.
  2. Apply constraints to the ellipse such that it is fully constr
  ained (only works for a particular set of constraints).
  3. Perform symmetry operation on ellipse about X axis.
  4. Perform symmetry of ellipse created in step 3 about Y axis.

  OBSERVATION:
  Notice that the two ellipses created in step 3 and step 4 are no
  t fully constrained after step 4.

  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The ellipses created after symmetry operation should be fully co
  nstrained as is the original ellipse.

  this issue, which will be impacting for the other
  functionalities and may introduce stability issues and
  regressions leading to a permanent restriction of this issue.
