    Additional Closure Information:
    Incident Diagnosis:
CATProduct contains instances having same name but different
    documents.
The instances which show the status Reference Not Found are
pointing to a different document which is not available at
the previous stored location or is deleted using explorer
    from that location.
    For Example:
    1. Create a CATProduct Product.1
    2. Create a CATPart Part1
    3. Insert this CATPart in the Product.1 and save the assembly
    at a location (C:\test)
    4. Close the assembly
    5. Delete or move the Part1 from the location (C:\test)
    6. Create another CATPart with same name Part1 and save it
    at the same location (C:\test)
    7. Open Product.1
    OBSERVATION:
Part1 is shown as broken and in the Edit>Links status is
    shown as Document Not Found
    8. Now, Insert the new Part1 in Product.1 and the name is
seen as Part1(Part1.2) , means it appears to be a instance of
the Part1 in the assembly but it is actually not.
    9. Now Save the assembly again, close it and re-open it.
    OBSERVATION:
Part1 is shown in not loaded status and Part1.2 instance is
    loaded.
Check in Edit<Links and the status displayed is Reference
    Not Found
    10. Replace the missing Part1 and map it to the new Part1.
    11. Save the assembly and close it.
    12. Re-open the assembly and there is no problem with the
    CATProduct now.
For more details on the example refer the attached video.
This is the exact way customer data behaves.
This is an issue with the data creation and not CATIA
    behavior.
CATIA is working as designed, as it points to the original
document from which the first Part1 was referenced and hence
the status Reference No Found is seen.
User has deleted or moved Part1 using explorer and that s why
    this problem has occurred.
It is not recommended to perform operations on assembly or
any CATIA data from outside CATIA UI.
    .
CATDUA cannot detect the problem or any rule because the
original document itself is missing and it can be manually
replaced by using the Replace command.
There cannot be a rule to detect the missing document from
the data because if CATDUA removes the missing document from
the assembly, user will not be able to replace or re-map the
    Part to document.
    .
Therefore because there is problem with the data creation
method and not CATIA, this APAR is closed as USE
