HD90197: SMARTEAM WEB VIEWER ADDING EXTRA PAGE TO WORD DOCUMENT .

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• I am able to reproduce this in v19.3.2 and also in v19.3.4.
  This is
  a show stopper issue for them, so we really need to
  escalate to
  Oracle to see if we can get a patch for this in
  v19.3.4, or some kind
  of workaround for 19.3.2.
  The
  attached Word Document is 15 pages long.
  When opening this
  document in the SmarTeam Web Viewer, the document
  views as 16
  pages long.
  Attached is:
  1. the original Word Document.
  2. a
  *.pptx that shows the pages where the spacing beings to get
  pushed forward, and shows how the extra page is added.
