Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN CATIA

  Incident Diagnosis:
  Some Products are loaded even after deactivating the option
  -"Load reference documents"
  .
  Technical Reason:
  The Products are loaded partially (selective loading) and not
  in Design Mode.
  This is because Products contain constraint information
  related to the Part level and these constraints are resolved
  at the Part level.
  However, in the customer data the Parts having these
  constraints are missing.So, eventually the constraints
  attempt to load the Product partially.
  .
  CATDUA cleaning for the constraints is possible.
  This information is stored at Part level and the cleaning is
  also therefore done on the Part level.If the Parts are
  available, the corruption is cleaned and after these cleaned
  Parts are again loaded, the Products are synchronized with
  these Parts.
  However, in customer data the Parts are missing , so cleaning
  cannot be done and therefore CATDUA does not solve the issue.
  .
  The customer provided data contains insufficient information
  for providing a fix or a solution on the data.This is the
  problem with data and not the code or CATIA. So, the issue is
  closed as PERMANENT RESTRICTION.
