Error description

• If the CommonStore for Exchange task encountered a basic error
  during startup (for example if the Active Directory could not be
  accessed), error details were not displayed. An error messages
  similar to the following was written to the console:
  
  <task>: CAUGHT UNKNOWN EXCEPTION. SHUTTING DOWN NOW...
  
  Details about this error were only available in the task
  startup trace if you started the task using option -t
  <trace_file>. Starting with 8.4.0-CSX-IF0040-Task, the stack
  trace of the exception is also written on the console.

  Starting with this interim fix, the stack trace of the
  exception is also written to the console.
