  Incident Diagnosis:
  The CATPart contains the Wall on Edge & cutout features. When
  it is tried to create new cutout feature with the existing
  sketch then operator gives an error message explaining that
   The cutout can not be performed in dual view. The mapping
  operation failed. Check your inputs: profile or support .

  Restriction Explanation:
  When it is tried to create new cutout feature with the
  existing sketch then operator gives an error message this is
  due to fact that the problem is located in unfolded view
  computation. For the provided CATParts the transformation
  (internal information) on wall on edge (for the entire wall
  on edge features) feature does not exist. This is the
  internal information operator needs for further operations
  like cutout. However there is no history/scenario which shows
  how exactly the data has been created with such specification
  (no transformation information with wall on edge) is not
  available. Hence the behavior is restriction.

  By-pass:
  The CATPart has to be updated. Following procedure will give
  expected result.
  1. Open CATPart
  2. Initial sheet metal Parameter i.e. Thickness 1.5mm
  3. Change the thickness value from 1.5mm to 2mm. Again change
  it from 2mm to 1.5mm
  4. Operator asks for update.
  5. Update the CATPart
  6. Create the cutout feature. It will give expected result.
