  SCENARIO:

  Start CATIA.
  1. Create a PAD with thickness (decimal point is
  needed in thickness.
  2. Switch to FTA work bench.
  3. Create annotations over the FTA "Annotations"
  panel with the commands.
  4. It is seen, for the decimal separator there is
  a "point" created with "Dimensions" and a "comma"
  with "Generative Dimension"
  4. Select the "comma" created with "Generative
  Dimension" and use the panel "Numerical
  Properties" to change the "comma" into a point by
  choosing "DISTMM" in the field "Numerical Display
  Description"
  5. The decimal separator is now displayed correctly
  as a "POINT".

  Problem Behavior:
  The decimal separator is shown is "comma" when
  generate dimension is used.

  Expected behavior:
  The decimal separator should be shown as "point".
