Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempting to use AccessAgent to automatically check out shared credentials from Privileged Identity Manager (PIM), fails after selecting "Yes" to the prompt, asking if end user would like to check out a shared credential.
Symptom
The following errors can be see in the aa_observer.log (typically in C:\Program Files\IBM\ISAM ESSO\AA\logs):
