    1) This issue is a data specific issue. Nothing
    wrong can be detected in the data in relation with CATIA.
    2)
    Issue of "Thumbnail not seen in the Window explorer" can't be
    analysed unless and until such data is recreated at our
    end.
    3) There is no scenario to achieve such data for which
    thumbnail image is not generated. Without such scenario,
    further analysis is not possible.
