Error description
There are duplicate time entries created when Enter Time by Crew dialog is used with varying steps. A user enters the Crew Id and hits Refresh button. They will enter in the hours and any tool time. Click OK and the time goes in as expected. However when the dialog gets opened a second time and the user again enters a crew but does NOT hit Refresh, then clicks OK (without entering time) or hit Enter instead of Cancel, it will duplicate the last time entry. If they click Refresh and click OK with no other data then it will put in 0 hours which is acceptable. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: The following is requried prior to test the actual scenario as max demo data does not contain the necessary information for testing: Go to Administration<Resources<Crafts application and create 2 new craft records, ensure to check Crew? checkbox Click Insert new record Craft=MYCRAFT, Crew?=CHECKED Under Skill Levels, click New Row, Skill Level=APPRENTICE, Skill Level Rank=1 Under Skill Levels, click New Row again, Skill Level=FIRSTCLASS, Skill Level Rank=2 Click on Associated Labor tab and click New Row Labor=ADAMS Save Click Insert new record Craft=MY1CRAFT, Crew?=CHECKED Under Skill Levels, click New Row, Skill Level=APPRENTICE, Skill Level Rank=1 Under Skill Levels, click New Row again, Skill Level=FIRSTCLASS, Skill Level Rank=2 Click on Associated Labor tab and click New Row Labor=BALL Save Go to Administration<Resources<Crew Types application and create one crew type record OHCREW, Click Insert New Record, Crew Type=OHCREW Scroll down to Required Crafts and click New Row button Position=DRIVER, Craft=MYCRAFT, Skill Level=APPRENTICE Under Required Crafts, click New Row button Position=HELPER, Craft=MY1CRAFT, Skill Level=APPRENTICE Save Go to Administration<Resources<Crews app and create a new record Click Insert New Record, Crew=OHLINE1, Crew Type=OHCREW, Calendar=DAY, Shift=DAY Save record Now Steps to demonstrate the behavior: 1. Go to Work Order Tracking and insert new record GL Account=6000-200-300 Save and approve record 2. Go to Actuals, Labor sub-tab, click on Enter Time by Crew a. Crew=OHLINE1 b. Click Refresh button c. Click Ok RESULT: Hours are correctly recorded for the individuals on the crew Select Enter Time by Crew again 1. Enter Crew=OHLINE1 2.
