APAR status

Error description

  • PROBLEM DESCRIPTION :
    Within the Work Execution App; cannot update the Start Date-
    Time and End Date-Time fields manually by typing directly (not
    using the "+" or "-" button) into the field.
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Login into Work Execution app
    2. Select open work order. For the purposes of this document
    the status of the  work order is 'In Progress'.
    
    3. Tap on '+' button on Actual Labor section. Labor Details
    screen is opened
    
    4. By default, the start date is populated based on today's
    date.
    
    5. Tap on the Start Date field, Change Date dialog is opened
    
    6. Change the date manually (not using the '+' or '-' button)
    by typing in the number in the date field (eg. -1 day) and tap
    'OK'
    
    7. Date is not changed.
    
    8. However, if we manually edit the date by using the '+' and
    '-' button the the date is updated.
    
    RESUTLS :
    Date doesn't get updated when it's changed using the keyboard
    instead of "+/-" button
    
    
    EXPCTED RESULTS :
    Date to be updated when manually typing in as well.
