Problem
The "Agent installation and configuration" chapter of the Citrix XenDesktop agent V7.2 user’s guide contains incorrect description for the “Data Source User ID (USERNAME)” configuration value. The “Data Source User ID (USERNAME)” configuration value shows the following incorrect description: If you select Kerberos or Negotiate from the Authentication Type list, enter the domain user ID of the Citrix XenDesktop controller. The Citrix XenDesktop agent might not show data if agent is configured with non-domain administrator user ID when you use the 'Kerberos' or 'Negotiate' authentication type.
Symptom
The Citrix XenDesktop agent might not show data on Tivoli Enterprise Portal when you use the 'Kerberos' and 'Negotiate' authentication types.
