Troubleshooting
Problem
When you try to use the Failed Event Manager from the Administrative Console, you see an error that the recovery subsystem is disabled. However, the recovery subsystem is already enabled. This issue is observed intermittently.
Symptom
You see the following error message:
The recovery subsystem is disabled. Enable the recovery sub system in order to work with failed events.
