Error description
Problem Description: In the client scenario, when the refresh UI widget is clicked, wostatus is APPR, but both the workpackMTLstaus is null If the workpackMTLstatus is initially null when a new planned material is added to an APPR Work Order, refreshing the workpackstatus on the UI sets it to None, but doesn't change the workorder's status from APPR to WMATL; the workpackstatus is not expected to be null at that point. Steps to Reproduce: -Log in to maxdemo instance as wilson -Go To Administration | Organizations -In the Organization field enter "eaglena" and press Enter -Click EAGLENA to open the record -More Actions | Inventory Options | Inventory Defaults -Verify or update the Negative Balance Options: -Click the radio button for Disallow Negative Balance -Click the radio button for Allow Negative Available Balance -Click OK -Save the record if any changes were made -More Actions | Work Order Options | Edit Rules -For APPR Status, verify or update the row so that all checkboxes are checked -For INPRG Status, verify or update the row so that all checkboxes are checked -For WAPPR Status, verify or update the row so that all checkboxes are checked -Click OK -Save the record if any changes were made -More Actions | Work Order Options | Other Organization Options -UNcheck the checkbox for "Ignore storeroom availability for work order status?" -UNcheck the checkbox for "Ignore direct issue availability for work order status?" -Click OK -Save the record if any changes were made -More Actions | Work Order Options | Site Options -Highlight the BEDFORD Site -UNcheck the checkbox for "Ignore storeroom availability for work order status?" -UNcheck the checkbox for "Ignore direct issue availability for work order status?" -Click OK -Save the record if any changes were made -If Organization settings were updated, log out -Log in as wilson -Go To Work Orders | Work Order Tracking -Click the New Work Order button on the toolbar -In the Location field enter "br200" and tab out -In the Duration field enter 0:10 -On the Plans tab | Tasks for Work Order section | click the New Row button -In the Task 10 Description field enter "Task One" -Save the record -Common Actions | Approve Work Order -Click OK -Go To Inventory | Inventory -In the Site field enter "bedford" -In the Storeroom field enter "central" -Press Enter -Click on any row, such as 900810 to open the record -Observe the Current Balance, as well as the Quantity Currently Reserved and Quantity Available -Determine a quantity that will exceed the total of the current balance and any reserved quantities -Go To Work Orders | Work Order Tracking -In the Work Order field enter the number of the Work Order that was created and press Enter -Click the record to open it -On the Plans tab | Materials tab | click the New Row button -In the Item field enter the number of the Inventory record that you viewed and tab out -In the Storeroom field enter "central" and tab out -In the Quantity field enter the value that you determined to exceed current balances and reservations -The field populates the current date and time -Save the record -On the Work Order tab | Material Status Last Updated field | click the refresh button *The Status field does not update to WMATL, it remains as APPR -Common Actions | Change Status -In the New Status field click the drop-down arrow, then click Waiting On Approval -Click OK -Common Actions | Approve Work Order | click OK *The Status field updates to WMATL *It is expected that the Organizational rules will allow the WMATL status while the Work Order is in APPR status *If an additional material is added to an Approved Work Order that has materials fully available, and if the requested quantity of the additional material is not available in the Storeroom, then the Work Order status gets updated from APPR to WMATL when the refresh button is used in the Material Status Last Updated field as expected.
