Problem summary

• The escape sequence for charset ISO2022JP is implemented only to
  handle ASCII data.
  

Problem conclusion

• Escape sequence for charset ISO2022JP is updated to handle both
  ASCII and ISO2022J and JISX0208_1983 data.
