  Pre Conditions
  - Create some Work that needs resource effort
  -  Create a Schedule at the Graphical Scheduling application
  that bring those work orders
  Steps to Reproduce
  1-) Go to the Graphical Scheduling application
  2-) Open you project and move to the Cost and Usage tab
  3-) Move to the sub tab Resource Load & Availability and click
  at the Calculate Labor Hours
  4-) At More Actions open the Schedule Dashboard action
  PROBLEM: You can notice that the Planned Labor Hours is empty.
  EXPECT RESULT: The values of the Calculate tab should be
  available at the Dashboard perspective too
