IJ01549: WHEN YOU ZOOM OUT ON THE GANTT IN GRAPHCAL SCHEDULING FOCUS ON THE CURRENT TASK ROW IS LOST

Error description

• In Graphical Scheduling and you have a certain WO/Task row
  highlighted and you zoom in or out, you expect to still be on
  the same row, not randomly sent off somewhere to a different
  WO/Task row.
  
  It may be dependent on how many rows are in the date ribbon as
  it rarely seems to happen when there are 3 rows for the date
  ribbon.   It is most often seem when there are 2 rows displayed
  on the date ribbon and zooming out creates a third.
  
  Reproduced in many 7608 IFix 004 and 005 environments and in
  7609.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. In GS create a schedule with many WO.   This can be done
  with a Work Query of wonum>1.
  2. Click on the Gantt View tab.
  3. Click on the CPM All Rows button.
  4. Scroll down about halfway down the list.
  5. Look at your date ribbon, if there are only two rows then
  proceed to the next step.    Otherwise zoom in or out a few
  times stopping when you see only 2 rows in the date ribbon.
  6. Double click on the description of a WO/Task currently in
  the middle of the screen to make its bar pop into the Gantt.
  7. With that WO/Task highlighted, click on the Zoom Out button.
  
  Now you might see the problem, the row you had highlighted is
  no where to be seen, you are taken to a different WO/Task row.
  If that didn't happen, is the date ribbon shown on 2 rows or 3?
   Probably 3 so zoom out again and maybe again, when you see the
  date ribbon change from 2 to 3 rows, that is when you will be
  taken to some other random row.
