Problem
When you use OAS for the repository server database, the application server is unable to connect to the database
Symptom
The server log contains messages such as the following:
[SPSSOEM][Oracle JDBC Driver]The connect attempt failed because the server requires Oracle Advanced Security. To enable the driver to use OAS, please use the "dataIntegrityLevel" and/or "encryptionLevel" connection options.
