Troubleshooting
Problem
When you use the imcl command for IBM Installation Manager to install an interim fix or fix pack for an IBM Business Process Manager product, the command fails.
Symptom
You see the following error message in the command line output and in the accompanying log file:
ERROR: Cannot find profile: null.
