Problem
The Citrix XenDesktop agent displays a large number of offline subnodes.
Symptom
In the “XenDesktop Sessions subnode” directory in the Tivoli Enterprise Portal of Citrix XenDesktop agent, there are offline subnodes. These offline subnodes are displayed as unavailable items.
