Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Controller client. User receives error.

Symptom

The error will vary slightly, depending on environment.
Example #1 - Controller 10.1.0 (using CGI):

An error occurred while trying to access the server.

Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=utf-8', but expected 'text/xml'.
The request failed with the error message:
