Troubleshooting
Problem
We are unable to open reports from the clipboard or copy reports to the clipboard in Report Studio. The options are not available. And Reports cannot be opened in Report Studio. We receive an error: Error received when opening the report specification: This document does not contain a valid report specification. Reason: The attribute 'outputType' on this element is not defined in the DTD/Schema.
Symptom
Report Studio does not load properly. Report Studio errors out while opening a report.
