Problem
A Data Manager build that delivers to SQL Server using Bulk Copy via API works in 8.3 but hangs in 10.2.1. There are no errors but nothing is written to the log file following the 'Processing Fact Data' status. Other builds in the same job that deliver to the same database are running without any problems.
