• When the aleserver.lck retry attempts exceed 60, error sent is
  Check_TID: Update the TID-Management failed instead of
  Check_TID: Lock the TID-Management failed.
  
  Change the message sent to SAP be more accurate.  Change to
  send Check_TID: Lock the TID-Management failed when the
  aleserver.lck retry attempts exceed 60.

Problem conclusion

• Resolution Summary:
  Changed error reporting for Check_TID to report TID_ERROR_LOCK
  instead of TID_ERROR_UPDATE when the AleServer can not attain a
  lock on the TID file.
