  • The message occurs in the trace files. The message is:
CWZIP9001E An internal exception error has occurred from [serial
number] PureAS General Event PureAS system mgr.

Multiple events are logged from various serial numbers.

An error message "Interrupted" can be seen during execution of
the HAstatus command on the PureSystems Manager.

Problem summary


    

  • The intermittent "CWZIP9001E An internal exception error has
occurred" events were generated for a number of problems related
to the control and monitoring of internal processes running on
the PureSystems Manager.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Return code checking for internal processes and the HAstatus
command code were improved to avoid intermittent problems.
