APAR status

Error description

  • The Russian Federation has abolished daylight savings time as of
the final
change on March 27th this year .
The announcement was made on February 8th
http://www.timeanddate.com/news/time/russia-winter-time.html

Lotus Notes and other Lotus products will need to have DST
timetable adjusted .
The Moscow Timezone is currently GMT+3 and as of October 30th ,
Moscow will be
GMT+4 .

This will result in calendar documents created now after October
30th , showing
one hour early if the DST rules are not changed on the Operating
System/Lotus
