  be entered for the PAC tag

  Problem Description
  The SWIFT_FIN_INBOUND map declares the conditional PAC tag for
  block 5 of the trailers.  However, the map is missing the "PAC"
  declaration for the tag in the Record properties. Therefore,
  the PAC trailer is not processed properly and assigned to
  Process Data.
