Troubleshooting
Problem
When you restart an application domain before the domain is fully initialized after a previous restart domain request or after restarting the appliance, the newly restarted domain can hang.
Symptom
After you restart an application domain, the request never returns control to the user interface; for example, the CLI prompt never returns, or the WebGUI never refreshes the page with a confirmation of completion.
