IC82954: MOVE DATA AND/OR MIGRATION FAILS WITH INTERNAL SERVER ERROR.

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A Tivoli Storage Manager MOVE DATA or Migration process may fail
  However, this will not print out a clear message indicating the
  cause for the failure.
  The Tivoli Storage Manager activity log will show ANR9999D
  messages and other generic errors, for example:
  ANR2032E MOVE DATA: Command failed - internal server error
  detected.
  After this error is witnessed the data is not moved to the Next
  Storage Pool.
  The chance of witnessing this problem is greater for a Dedup
  Pool, but is not limited to Dedup.
  
  Versions Affected:
  All Supported Tivoli Storage Manager versions on all Supported
  Platforms.
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
  Following Entries may be seen in actlog after issuing MOVE DATA
  command.
  MOVE DATA was issued on FILE DevClass with DEDUP ON.
