Problem summary
Users Affected: Specific to async_queued processes. Problem Description: When doing the failover of the database, a BP got stuck in the state of Active, but they noted that the BP Mark service was failing each time that Recovery was running This is specific to async_queued processes. Platforms Affected: All
Problem conclusion
Resolution Summary: Discovered a race condition where a process can go from async_queued to active but before it gets places on the queue BPRecovery might pick it up and see it as active and not in queue. When this happens recover tries to act on a process that may end up in the queue and being normally processes Delivered In: 5020500
