IC82162: SERVER CAN CRASH DURING NODE REPLICATION IF A NODE HAS A LARGE NUMBER OF VERSIONS OF SYSTEM STATE BACKUPS

Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager Server can crash during node
  replication of a Windows node if the node has a large
  number of versions of system state backups.  Due to
  variables, there is no set number that can trigger this.

Local fix

• Bind system state backups to a management class with 30 versions
  or less.  This can be done by editing the current management
  class
  or by specifying a different management class through a client
  option set or the client option file using:
     include.systemstate [management class name]
  
  A new system state backup will be required to rebind the objects
  to the management class.
