Troubleshooting
Problem
When using the Ping from Server Web Tool, the tool shows the target as unavailable. When using ping from the command line on the server, the device is available.
Symptom
The contextual tool called from an event in the AEL fails to get a response from the target device. However, running a normal ping from the command line from the ITNM server shows the device to be up and responding to ping requests.
