Troubleshooting
Problem
While running reports as well as certain long running operations, Maximo and Smart Cloud Control Desk applications display blank screens. This can be due to the operation timing out between the browser client and the backend server.
Symptom
Execute a long running report which may take well over 60 seconds and the report screen becomes blank.
