Error description

• Customer fails to install Pcom6.0 on WindowsXP Embeded.
  The following Error message is displayed at the beginning of
  installtion process.
  Error 1720: There is a problem with Windows Installer package.
  A script required for this install to complete could not be run.
  Contact your support personnel or package vnedor.
  Custom action AddPcommNetworkProvider script error -2147221020 :
  Line 10, Column 2.

  The AddPcommNetworkProvider custom action uses the Windows
  Scripting Host to perform that install step. This will fail
  on any Windows operating system where access to this function
  is restricted.
  

Problem conclusion

• UserRegistryFunctions.dll has been changed to not use the
  Windows Scripting Host for the AddPcommNetworkProvider custom
  action.
