Error description

• Non English text becomes corrupted in a deployed RCP application
  . The text is fine when run inside the HATS Toolkit.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Deployed projects that contained        *
  *                      non-English strings in                  *
  *                      transformations/templates in java       *
  *                      packages other than the project's       *
  *                      package would not be able to render     *
  *                      the text at runtime. However, RCP       *
  *                      templates and transformations can be    *
  *                      in any java package. This was not a     *
  *                      problem when running in the RSDP test   *
  *                      environment.                            *

  Deployed projects that contain non-English strings in
  transformations in java packages other than the project's
  package are not rendering correctly.
  

Problem conclusion

• During RCP feature export, all locations of the project's
  transformations and templates will be added to the custom
  encodings in the project's build.properties file.
