Error description
During heavy workload, such as when several hundred client sessions start at the same time, a Tivoli Storage Manager 6.1 or 6.2 server may fail to open a new database connection. The server issues message ANR9999D_3095886799 DbiEvalSQLOutcomeX(dbieval.c:480) Thread<xx>: Invalid handle used from dbiconn.c(1453). and the operation fails, but the server continues to function. Versions Affected: Server 6.1 and 6.2.
