APAR status

Error description

  • When the device driver is upgraded, the installer saves
definitions for all devices that have names that begin with mt.
When a new device driver is installed, the installer attempts to
configure all of these drivers, including mto_tsm_vgaxx. These
devices are not deleted during the installation, but the device
driver installation incorrectly attempts to confgiure them and
results in the following error message:

  • Ignore the messages regarding device configuration
