Issue with cisco switch 3750 12.2 driver when a version 15.0 driver is created

Troubleshooting

Problem

When a cisco 15.0 standard driver is created, the previous 12.2 driver and devices can no longer discover or import successfully.

Symptom

Before you create a cisco 15.0 standard driver, 12.2 works fine, where cisco devices using this driver version can be discovered and can be imported.

However after creating a new standard driver 15.0, the cisco 12.2 and 15.0 version devices will stop working when you try to run an import UOW task for example. Below is a snip of the error faced when you try to run an import UOW against a 12.2 or 15.0 version device using the newly created 15.0 standard driver in ITNCM:

.
.
.
(14) Using driver: Cisco_Switch_3750_15.0_v20120910.201211 (Msd1362545199593)
(15) All resource access types defined in the RAD have been tried. Cannot initialize driver.
(16) Could not get actual model
Unable to connect to device 10.180.138.138:22.
(17) Operation failed with failure category [Connection Refused]
(18) [Caused by: Error getting actual model and os from PVLA-3750-1 (OperationFailedException)]
(19) [Caused by: Could not get actual model
Unable to retrieve physical devices information for Model information. (CommsDriverException)]
(20) [Caused by: Unable to retrieve physical devices information for Model information. (PhysicalDeviceException)]
(21) Task End Time: 2013/03/06 05:22:34.366 GMT+00:00

If you delete the 15.0 driver created and restart ITNCM, the driver 12.2 works fine again and imports run against the cisco devices will executed successfully.
