Error description

  • After successfully caching entries in the document cache, over
    time, the document cache automatically clears all entries from
    the cache and does not allow new entries to be added.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Affected are all services using document caching. In rare
    occasions and/or under heavy load, the document cache might stop
    caching and all subsequent requests are passed to the backend.
