Error description

• Booting from a sysback bootable DVD created using
  sysback 6.1.3.3 or 6.1.3.2 with
  6.3 or 6.4 API and gets this error connecting to
  the TSM server:
  
  BMR0020E Error establishing TSM session:ANS1464S (RC5802)
  cannot load ICC encryption library. Unable to read install0
  Exit=0
  

Local fix

• downgrade to sysback 6.1.3.1 and use tsm 32 bit API.
