Problem
While trying to establish an HTTP/S client connection to a remote Server, an error ioccurs - HTTP 403 Error due to a SSL Handshake problem
Symptom
The HTTP/S Server mandates that the HTTP/S client must authenticate using a Certificate. A certificate is configured but the traces indicate that the HTTP/S client is not sending the configured Certificate
